How to replace revoked certificate with self signed SSL certificate?

I have created self signed certificate to visit a url on https://example and browser is saying SSL certificate revoked I tried advanced settings in internet option but no use. I have problem at client side. Suggest me any other way

And? SSL = Secure Socket Layer.
