As of version 6.0 HTMLKona was deprecated in anticipation of future removal from the product, so if I was you I wouldn't entertain the idea of using it.

The following are some of the features of using htmlKona classes: -- htmlKona classes are meant to simplify generating complex HTML -- full support for HTML 4.0 (plus many extensions) -- you create a page object and add element objects -- the page generates the HTML text -- classes are found in package weblogic.html see the following page from the edocs.bea.com documentation for version 5.1 if you need more (official) info: http://www.weblogic.com/docs51/classdocs/API_html.html [This message has been edited by George Brown (edited September 27, 2001).]
If you like the HTML Kona approach, I believe you'll find an equivalent in the http://jakarta.apache.org projects. I forget which one it is, though.
One of the most odious afflictions that Business has inflicted on the modern English language is "pro-active". Most of the time it's simply redundantly used in place of the simple old word "active". And a good deal of the rest of the time it means "You're not overworked enough yet, so go out and find more!"
