Frank Carver is now an administrator

There have been many times I couldn't check into the porkchop regularly and I worried that we might get another spam attack. This software has the ability for multiple admins, so I think it's time for another admin.
Frank Carver has proven to be very familiar with the porkchop and Java. He has helped many people here and checks in often.
I talked to Frank about being an admin and he agreed to give it a whack.
I've taken on a second contract for the next month, so I won't be available much. So the next several weeks will be the "Frank Era"
