Bastille Day is a French celebration of their own bureaucracy and red tape. The lovely Bastille Prison in Paris was knocked down 226 years ago, and it still hasn't been rebuilt! I've heard the environmental impact study is nearly complete though, and they are tentatively hoping to break ground early in the 22nd century. Bonne chance, France!
