Exposing SIB methods as Web Service opeartions

I was reading MZ's notes where he wrote all the public methods of a class annotated with @WebService will be exposed as webserive opeartions (can be called by a client)
But I am getting a different result

Am I missing something ?

Are you wondering why the vaio method is not exposed to the web service?
There reason is your SIB is annotated with the endpointinterface attribute and only the methods in the endpointinterface are exposed.
