Problem in deploying .war file in weblogic 7.0 server

Hi,
As i am new to weblogic(but not to web applications)I tried to create a simple HelloWorld Servlet by creating the correct Directory structure as per the document.It was working fine.
But When i tried to deploy the same application by making .war file out of that, I was getting some strange errors like Deployment not found though the web.xml is there.I get the following error

2) When i tried to deploy from the admin console, I am getting the below error

Hi Pradeep,
Lets say my Web application name is Hello.I went to that Hello Directory and executed the jar cvf Hello.war . command.So my .war file now contains all the static pages like html and .jsp file and also the web-inf folder and its subdirectories...Hope this is fine...
So, was anything wrong with the .war content?

hope u have done this
jar cvf hello.war *.jsp *.html WEB-INF
check out the contents of ur war file using
jar tvf hello.war. check out whether web.xml is printed./

Hi Pradeep,
I Checked my .war file...It Has all the files...To Tell u onething, I have attached the Exceptions in my first message...Could you please answer for that?

From the stackTrace it looks like Weblogic can't find the web.xml file.
I ran into this problem in 6.0.
Make sure that your WEB-INF dir is all caps, and then re-jar it.

Thanx Steve.The problem was web-inf folder was in lower case.
