thanks for replying me.
i am sorry but i just got this error message, even just make a very very simply JSP file just like:
<%
int i = 0;
%>
save as a.jsp, and open in IE then get the error like above.But i go to the jsp temp dir(my system is:/opt/bea/wlserver6.1/config/gosfc/applications/DefaultWebApp/WEB-INF/_tmp_war_u10d1_u10d1_DefaultWebApp/jsp_servlet), and there is file name __a.java, and i use javac to compile it successfully, and then open in IE that's OK. I just have no idea whether there is something wrong with the compiler of weblogic

Hi
We used to get this error often. And everytime we used to call our UNIX administrator and he solves it for us!
It is something to do with the number of processes running in the UNIX environment. When the number of active processes exceeds the maximum allowed processes (configured by the admin), this error is thrown.
The UNIX admin can shut down few unnecessary processes (like what our admin does) or he can increase the maximum allowed processes (am not sure about the parameter).
All the best.

The easiest way to solve this problem is to restart Weblogic!
