Error in ejb-jar.xml

I am getting this error. My ejb-jar.xml is
correct as the same files works in jboss. Why
does it not work in weblogic? I have no clue, please do tell me what to do about it.

Hi
I saved the file and opened inthe bea xml editor and it gave me

the Error is oK but why the warning???

The error is complaining about your webapp, not the ejb-jar.
Check ejb-ref entries in your web.xml and see if one of them is missing a home element.
