How to deploy servlets on weblogic6.1

In an exploded form how can I deploy my servlet.I created the directory structure as....
DefaultWebApp--
Greeting--
trial.jsp
Web-inf--
web.xml
classes--
GreetingServlet.class
src--
GreetingServlet.java
I tried to run it with http://localhost:7001/Greeting/GreetingServlet
But it is giving URL NOT FOUND EXCEPTION.

You need weblogic.xml file here. Read the section 8 in adminguide.pdf

Have u created the URL mapping for servlet in web.xml file.

weblogic.xml is not needed in most cases.
it is not a must ....
.

hi vikastarade,
you gave to give url
http://host ort/<servlet mapping address>.
refer servlet section in quick_start.html in folder bea\wlserver.
it solves your problem.
