Weblogic server console deployment error

I try to deploy a war file in weblogic server console, but I got the following error, anybody know where went wrong? Thanks in advance.

If the war is available on the server, I'd suggest using the "configure new webapp" rather than the one that uploads it. It just works better and is easier.
When you configure all you have to do is tell the console where the webapp is (file path).
