I am using weblogic 6.1 . Is there a way to see the JNDI tree ?

From the WLS console, I think you right-click on the server icon in the tree-view. You can select JNDI from the popup menu.
Or you can use the command-line "weblogic.Admin LIST" function to do jndi queries.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
