Which of the following statements regarding Administration and Managed Servers are true?
a)Being a Managed Server is the default role for a WebLogic Server.
b)A new Managed Server can only be added from within the Administration Console
c)A WebLogic Domain may have one or more Administration Servers
d)A WebLogic Domain may have one or more Managed Servers

You are correct, the answer is d.
The default role of a WebLogic Server is acting as an Administration Server (see WebLogic Administration Server and WebLogic Managed Servers.
