Hi All,
I want to learn weblogic, I checked the online documentation, its so confusing, I don't know where to start. Please give me some suggestions of which book/website to refer for beginners.
Thanks a lot in advance.

You could pick up a copy of either:
BEA Weblogic(R) Server Bible, ISBN 0764548549
or
BEA WebLogic 7 Server Administration, ISBN 0072223162
However books alone are not going to teach you the ins and outs of WebLogic. You really must work with it on a day to day basis to get a good feel for it. If you are not currently working with WebLogic at your job, and you are determined to learn, then I suggest you start working on a demonstration project on your own time. Something along the lines of PetStore. This way you could gain some practical knowledge of WebLogic and something tangible to show potential employers.
