While trying to create a connection pool in weblogic6.1 using the following configuration settings URL jdbc.weblogic.oracle Driver Classname weblogic.jdbc.oci.Driver properties user-... server-... passwd ... I am not able to create an active connection pool I get the following error java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: weblogic.management.DistributedManagementException: Distributed Management [1 exceptions] Can any one help Anand
There is some configuration involved when using the JDriver. Take a look at this document: Installing WebLogic jDriver for Oracle. If you still can't get it to work then write back and I go step by step.

This means that you database connection information for Oracle (in tnsnames.ora and/or sqlnet.ora) is wrong. Do a tnsping from commandline on the Oracle SID you are trying to connect to from WebLogic. Most likely it will fail. Resolve that issue and you should be set.
