Hi,
I have a problem in accessing Sqlserver2000 database through weblogic6.1 by creating connection pool datasource.
when i try to connect with java programme using datasource and lookup for the JNDI name inorder to access the database, i am getting the following exception.
How can i solve this exception, thanks in advance
Exception was thrown: weblogic.common.ConnectDeadException: failed to make new pool connection: weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: java.sql.SQLException: Can't open a socket on DEFAULT:1433. Check host and port number and make sure the security manager allows this connection. You can also try running the SocketApplet (java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect).
