I recommend using the SQL Server 2000 Driver that comes packaged with WebLogic, it is called the JDriver. I have ran into some issues using the Microsoft supplied SQL Server Driver. Then the WebLogic Driver has its own issues...
Here is a link to the JDriver documentation for SQL Server 2000: Installing and Using WebLogic jDriver for Microsoft SQL Server.
Write back if you have other questions.

Thank you very much, but I read this page before. I follow the instructions but the pool dont run.
The SQL Server 2000 is a server where there are severals data base and I try to connect by other pc.
I try all the option and dont run. Sometimes WebLogic tell me that cannot load the driver.
Im lost.
I use this sentences:
URL : jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://IPDIR ORT
Driver : com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServer
If you have an idea, please tell me!!!
Thank you!!!

Have you figured out the connection pooling yet?
My co-worker got it working with WebSphere 4.0 and MS SQL Server 2000's latest JDBC driver.
For the connection pooling part he programmed it himself as from what I understand, MS' JDBC driver supports connection pooling, but doesn't implement it. It's up to you to program it.
If you haven't figured this out yet and going the route of the MS JDBC driver I will try and find out more info for you.

For making any connectionpool, first make sure that the Driverclass is in the classpath of the weblogic server. For that we have to add the jar file in the startweblogic.cmd file in case of Win 2kx.After setting this start the weblogic and make the connection pool.Use the proper driver class name and the corresponding URL .
So if all the above mentioned things are correct ,the pool will be created without any problem
