Deliver Static content

I have the following setup inside the "applications" folder. I have my main application (which has all the dynamic content...classes etc) , this folder is called dynamicWebApp. I have another folder staticWebApp (it has all images, javascripts etc). I would like to configure Weblogic 6.1 in such a way that it delivers all static content from the staticWebApp folder.....
please remember that this folder is outside the dynamicWebApp folder.
So inside the dynamicWebApp if i have a jsp page with a Image ..IMG tag with source ..src="staticWebApp/bullet.gif"...Weblogic would deliver this file from the staticWebApp folder.
Please suggest what to do.....and how to implement this feature.
Thanx in advance

src="/staticWebApp/bullet.gif" should do it.
