Hi Raghavendra,
Getting started with Spring Framework book is meant for both new and experienced Spring programmers. The first few chapters of the book introduce you to the Spring Framework. As you go further into the book, you'll find a lot more information related to Spring Web MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, and so on, that can be useful also for experienced Spring programmers. As the book comes with 74 projects, you can expect to learn ins and outs of Spring Framework once you are done with the book.
I'll not say that this book is a complete reference on Spring Framework because creating a complete reference would mean creating a 2000 page book
We intentionally left out couple of topics so that we stay focused on the theme of the book, which is to help developers begin developing applications using Spring. With each new edition of the book we include new chapters (or update existing chapters) which contain topics that have now become popular in Spring community. For instance, most developers now like using Java-based configuration approach. For this reason, we introduced a new chapter on it and also updated existing chapters to contain examples/information on how to use Java-based configuration approach.
regards,
