How can i achieve connection pooling thru weblogic 7.0 ?

I am not using Weblogic but I am pretty sure that connection pooling is something the App server implements and is transparent to the developer. Though you can get a connection from the connection pool.

Yes, WebLogic and every other Application Server supports Connection Pooling. See Configuring and Using Connection Pools. Moving to the BEA/WebLogic forum for any further discussion.
