How can i achieve Entity cache thru weblogic App server 7.0 ?

Yes you can enable entity bean cache in WL 7.0.
Please refer to WL 7.0 Programming WL EJB guide for more details. At high level you have to specify some more elements in the WL deployment descriptors, which will enable long term entity cache and/or entity relationship cache. There are some limitations though, which may apply based on the application you are developing.
