Hi Guys,
I am new to this group. I am interested in doing Weblogic Administrator certification. Is that worth doing? Anybody certified here?
Is there any other forums/links related to BEA certification?
Any advice apreciated.

anyone had BEA Weblogic training from BEA educational services b4?
My company is sending me to BEA for training i m just wondering if i should install weblogic on my laptop first or they have a machine all setup ready for you to use, the course is
WLS-A11 BEA WebLogic Server Administration 8.1
???

I've taken almost all the courses back when they were teaching 7. I have my portal/integration and adminstration certifications. Don't worry about installing anything on your laptop they will provide you with a CD and 4hrs to get it all up and running.

WL 8.1 is very heavy. Plan it accordingly. My suggesstion is to have 1 GB of Ram or more

I am very interested in obtaining the Weblogic administration certification since i am taking the administration course, are they any practise exams or simulators that I can use for preparing, also in addition to the training materials are there any books that are required to study for the exam, my company primary pushes Weblogic so they will pay for the exam if I pass it.
