how to start weblogic 8.1 in linux startup time!! URGENT!!!

hello,
i am new to linux.
i am using weblogic 8.1 as my application server.
i want configuration such as wehn my linux machine is started ,weblogic server should also be started automatically.
so how can i achevie this?
i haev written a startup script ........but wht it does is it starts weblogic server but then then console is occupied with weblogic console and u r not able to see the login prompt of linux in any terminal.
i mean even if u press ALT+2,ALT+3 etc it still don;t show any login prompt.
pls help me and provide me a script where i can start my weblogic server also with linux bootup and also get login prompt.
