Web Logic sign in error

Hi I am behind a Sonicwall firewall tz170. I have 4 of these units out there and I receive the same error behind all of them while trying to access a web1000 server. The error is beleow. can someone please help
Server busy or not responding.

and so on.
Please help.....

Did you get a resolution to this issue? Was it a firewall issue?
