Storage limitations of PageFlowController

Are there any limitations on data size that could be stored in a PageFlow Controller?...

Is it OK to store an array of 1000 items in a PageFlowController, where each item is an object containing about 5 fields of data. This is part of the user state data.

If I were using Tomcat, I would never do that in a HttpSession Object, because of the HttpSession object size limitations.

I was wondering about Weblogic8.1 Server, as it seems to be a Proprietary MVC framework where each PageFlowController instance is distinct for each User and can hold good amount of state data for that User.

Regards,
Vishwa
