Error in clustering weblogic8.1

hai,
Iam setting up clustering in weblogic 8.1 sp2. I have used httpclusterservlet as proxy , 1 admin and 2 managed servers. I have deployed my application and got deployed finely. If i shut down 1 managedserver , the proxy is correctly redirecting to the second server but getting the following error
