You can use the jar command to create the war file.

jar cvf [name of the war file].war * or inpultfile(s)
another way is to use ant

you should also consider using weblogic builder(it�s installed with weblogic) it�s a very simple and intuitive tool that help you pakcage and deploy your applications on weblogic.
