wlcompile not working

Hi,
I was trying to run the avitek medical application that gets shipped along with weblogic server 8.1. when i tried to compile the code using wlcompile task, ( iran it thru the build.xml file using ant target), i found that it doesnt recognize the wlcompile commad.
Can somebody help!

No, it is the one, which has come bundled with the application. I was taking the step by step tutorial for the example and i found this problem.
