Hi,
I am new to weblogic. I want to know where and how to start learning weblogic as I found it very difficult to learn weblogic. What topics I should select to learn weblogic? etc
I want some useful advice from all of you

Are you new to web development too? In that case you might want to start off with something like Tomcat before proceeding to full-fledged application servers.
If you have been developing web applications or are aware of it, and want to learn WebLogic in particular, the place to look at is WebLogic Documentation. Developer's license is free so you can download the server and start practicing right away!

I already know web programming + theory of ejbs but I found the weblogic documentation quite difficult and I don't know from where to start
