Problem while deploying multiple ears

Hi There,
I am facing an issue while deploying multiple applications(as ear s) in weblogic. If I deploy only one ear and try to run that application it is working fine. But if I deploy second ear, and try to run first application, I am getting ClassNotFoundException.It seems that the second ear overrides the class path settings of the first ear. Can some one please tell me what could be the issue here ?
