error about "preload failure"

when I deployed a j2ee application to WL 8, I got error --

Servlet loader fail to preload on startup in Web Application : XXXX

But my web app. seems to work fine still

What could cause the problem and how to fix ??

Seems to be some, security related details causing this issue. Whether web appl configured with any security constrains in deployment descriptor?
