handling weblogic shutdown event

Hi All,

Pls tell me how to handle the weblogic server normal or abnormal close events in java.How to handle the server crash event using java program.

Exactly what do you expect to do? If your application is on the server and the server crashes, there really isn't much the application can do!

Hi ,

when weblogic shutdown properly i am able to catch that event through ServletContextlistener. But when it was stoped abnormally like by pressing ctrl+c to stop the job or when server crashes , i want to catch that event to do some thing in my applcation before server going down like storing some data in table.

Pls tell me solution for this.Thanks in Advance
