Weblogic 8.1 Custom Tag Reuse Protocol

We're currently migrating our application to Weblogic Application Server 8.1.5. The issue is we have a number of custom tags which take the content of their body, and processes it to generate a result.

With weblogic the output produced is always that of the first tag encountered on the page, it's as if the bodyContent object is being cached and the actual body there after ignored.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, or those anyone know of a config option to disable this tag reuse protocol.
