Redeploying EAR files on Server Start up

i am facing problems with deploying EAR files on server startup.I have a EAR with 10 ejb's in it and they are deployed perfectly. Now i add up one more ejb into the EAR and update the application.xml and server specific descriptors. If i restart the server it only loads the old configuration but fails to parse the descriptor for new config and update the server config file.So the deployment on the whole EAR fails.
Suggest a way so that the EAR file is auto - redeployed on Server start up each time.
I am working with WLS 8.1 SP4.

PS: If manually re-deployed it works fine.

When an application archive is deployed, it is extracted into $DOMAIN/applications/.wldonotdelete or $DOMAIN/$SERVER_NAME/.wldonotedelete depending on how it is deployed. When the server is shut down and restarted, it is run from the extracted files, not from the archive, so merely replacing the archive will not redeploy the application.
You should look into using one of the supported deployment methods.
