Class not found error

Our application currently runs on a managed server in development.
I changed the configuration to run on only the admin server.

After redeploying and successfully restarting the admin server, I am getting the following error:


Please help.

TellTheDetails ... what class cannot be found? What exactly is deployed on this server?
