when i am executing my application , i am getting following error...

Error : Cannot instantiate class: weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory

i am using tomcat for client side and weblogic for server side EJB.
i am using netbeans.. i also add weblogic.jar, j2ee.jar ...
but, i am getting same error.....

so, what is that ?
pls, help me....
