jsp precompile in folder instead of weblogic war

Hi,
I have to build 4 wars.
In every war are the same JSPs.
Now I want to precompile the JSPs once and then copy into the wars.

Does anyone know how I could handle this?
I want to precompile the jsps in a directory.
Actually I precompile with weblogic.appc
