myeclipse servlet Error 500--Internal Server Error

I am pretty new with both myeclipse and weblogic. I am using myeclipse 5 with weblogic 8. I just got it installed and finally get myclipse to run weblogic by using jdk142_11 that comes with weblogic instead of myeclipse5.5.1ga.

I am just testing out simple servlet and I am sure the coding and the web.xml are set correctly but I got:

(I found couple other postings with the same problem. Am I missing some external jar files or something? The same code works fine if deployed on tomcat)

Error 500--Internal Server Error
