How to list MDB binding name from JNDI tree?

Hi all,

I have written and deployed MDB (Message Driven Bean) using EJB3.0 annotations and deployed on BEA weblogic 10.x server. It is getting deployed successfully. But when I went to see its binding name in JNDI tree through WEBLOGIC ADMIN CONSOLE, I did not see that, which hinted me that MDB was not bound to a name. Is my understanding correct?

1. Then, how it is getting deployed and its status is active?
2. How to see its name in JNDI tree?

Thanks,
Guru

you are right. MDB doesn't have a JNDI name.
you can see the status in the admin console.

Oh..really?

Thanks for your reply. In that case, how to lookup the deployed MDB from the client?

Also, how to see the status in admin console?

Thanks once again,

you cannot look up MDB from client. if you want to access MDB you rather send a message to the Queue.
MDB is another EJB, you can see the status like any other EJB. Please explore the admin console for details.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
