if it is just the development environment Ctrl+C and the run the startWebLogic script again. I'm guessing that it doesn't ship with a straight restart script. You need to shutdown and start, or develop your own restart script which would essentially do these steps for you.

I was able to get into the WebLogic WLST console and I'm trying to restart my server, but getting this weird info ...
