Running weblogic 8.1 with dump of bea folder alone

Admin server is not starting.
I try to run weblogic 8.1 from dump of bea folder which is copied from different system, where weblogic 8.1 was installted properly. could any one explain what colud be the reason.

Do you get any errors on the command line or in the logs?
