Depends on what country you're in.
In most cases, go to IBM's site and determine who gives the exam in your country. They'll list the contact phone number for the testing service, where you'll pay for the voucher.

hey,
u shud contact the nearest sylvan prometric centre,ring them up and ask them the fees structure and the formalities of writing the exam.the details abt the exam i mean the resources for studying wud be in ibm site,so contact ur nearest sylvan prometric centre.

As you are located in Bangalore please contact the nearest NIIT prometric center. They handle all IBM based exams.
