Can anyone shed any light as to when the V4.0 Certification exams will be available? I have been working towards certification as a Certified Enterprise Developer and expect to begin taking the exams next week. However, I had a chance to play with V4.0 last week and, since it is significantly different, I am giving thought to waiting until the V4.0 exam equivalent to Exam 498 becomes available. However, the WebSphere certification website does not appear to address this even though V4.0 Pre-assessment tests have started appearing on the ICE pre-test site. Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks for this info. I will have to check up the pre-assessment tests for version 4.0.
I am sorry I have no idea when the WAS 4.0 tests will be available and I am waiting for them too.

Thanks a lot for the information. A lot of people including myself were waiting for this from a long long time.
HOWEVER WE HAVE A PROBLEM :
The Java Ranch has thousands of visitors every week, many with surprisingly similar names. To avoid confusion we have a naming convention, described at http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp . We require names to have at least two words, separated by a space, and strongly recommend that you use your full real name. Please log in with a new name which meets the requirements.
Thanks.
