remote administrative client in websphere 3.5 or 3.02

I have installed the administrative Console in Remote mc.
When i stated the administrative console it is not openeing .
whether i have to Configure Some files in remote m/c or i have to
install any jar with this.I have already installed jdk.
pls give me Details about this. ASAP
