WAS 4.0 and Windows XP

Is WAS 4.0 compatible with WIndows XP? I have downloaded the trial version but I cannot Install it. I keep on getting an error.
Any advice and/or comment are greatly appreciated.

It is not compatible with XP. We have not tested it on XP, only on NT and 2000. I doubt it will ever be compatible with XP since this is, after all, "Server" software.

I am running most of my java based applications (JBuilder 5, Forte 3, Together 5.5) in Windows XP professional without any problem. Besides Windows XP Professional is for both workstation and server while Windows XP Home is for home users.
Also, in XP professional there is an option for running any application in Win95, Win98, WinNT4 and Win2000 compatability mode. If want want to know how to do this email me. I am pretty confident that you will be able to run WAS 4.0 in WinXP Peofessional edition.
