How to Track IP address

Hi
How to track ip address who are accessed my server.
i am using ibm websphere 3.0.2 , we are going to move to 3.5
back end we are using DB2/400
Do i need to write a programe to track ip address . Is there any other way .
Any help would be appriciated

Web server logs , will provide that information. Various third party tools are available to view the same info in graphical / reporting manner , else , dump the info into access database ( sorry i have to call it a database

)and manipulate it if a txt file annoys you - That is just assuming you just want to view the IP reffering info etc.,
Else other option is to handle it in your app layer using a servlet ...
