I've installed the trial Edition V4 on my machine but the online help does not work.
When I click on the help, I got :
------------------------------------
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://127.0.0.1:3031/com.ibm.doc/html/folder.htm?
The following error was encountered:
Connection Failed
The system returned:
(111) Connection refused
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.
----------------------------------
How could I fix that ?
127.0.0.1 is my machine (localhost), but port 3031, where does it come from ?

If you experienced the same or know some useful links to help me, thanks in advance.
