Migrating Struts App from VAJ 4.0 to WSAD

I am having some trouble mirgating an app from VAJ 4.0 over to WSAD. The app works flawlessy in WTE within VAJ 4.0 but I have a number of problems running it in WTE 4.0 in WSAD. I believe that the problem is centered around the root context for the web app.
I can access my EJBs in WSAD just fine using the EJB client, but my servlet/JSP code keeps coughing up hairballs and squawking about missing web groups. Also, when I import my JAR files into WSAD it only seems to recognize two of my six servlets, the others I have to add manually.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

hi randy,
since i'm new to Struts, i dont know how to execute an struts application in VAJ4.0.Could you please help me out to go about in learning from the scratch.I need to know it in steps.Please help me out.
