I am using IBM HTTP SERVER (apache web server).I have installed my web server on machine ONE and want to access all my html files from machine TWO.
Can any one tell me what are the setting i have to do for make it working.

Hi Mahadevan,
Refer to 19.12 section of WebSphere HandBook. If we want to seperate static content from dynaminc content (i.e. allow HTTP Server to serve static requests)all we need to do is :
- remove the File Serving Enabler
- Add an Alias to the virtual host ..
But this has one disadvantage that WebSphere4.0 doesnt support security of static pages if they are not being served by it.
