Cannot start Naming Server in WTE ?

After a fresh of VAJ, I tried to start the naming server and got this error:

Can anyone point out why I am missing the class ?

Make sure that you have added
IBMWebsphereJavaLibraries feature in to your VAJ environment.
To add this
1. Open File menu
2. select Quick start
3. Select Features
4. Add the feature IBMWebsphereJavaLibraries

hit F2 and add features
