Does anyone have a link to any good information on setting up the IBM Http Server to work with Websphere Application Server 4? Basically how to set up the config files where it forward requests to the application server to handle for files such as .jsp, servlets, etc... Thanks

Did you install websphere at the same time as the ibm http server? make sure that the conf/httpd.conf file contains this line:
LoadModule app_server_http_module d:/WebSphere/AppServer/bin/mod_app_server_http.dll
and
WebSpherePluginConfig < plugin.xml path >

If it does contain these lines, then go to the
WAS_INSTALL/bin and run
adminserver.bat then genplugincfg.bat
(restart the adminserver)
and then go to whatever port your webserver is configured to go to. access your jsps.
http://localhost:< port >/< context >/myjsp.jsp
